DES MOINES, Iowa — Lottery authorities state the Powerball big stake has expanded to $750 million after no ticket coordinated each of the six numbers in the latest illustration. The numbers drawn Saturday night are 24, 25, 52, 60 and 66, with a Powerball of 5.
The following illustration for what might be the fourth-biggest bonanza in U.S. history is Wednesday. The chances of winning are about 1 in 292.2 million.
Nobody has won the Powerball big stake since the day after Christmas. Twenty-four illustrations from that point forward have neglected to create a victor.
The purchasers of three tickets shared the nation's biggest big stake. It was an almost $1.59 billion Powerball prize drawn on Jan. 13, 2016. A South Carolina buyer won a $1.54 billion Mega Millions bonanza. That was the country's second-biggest lottery prize ever.
